Actor Corey Haim, famous for movies he made in the 80’s, many of which starred his friend Corey Feldman, has died. The Los Angeles Police Department said Haim, 38, was pronounced dead after 3 a.m. at a Burbank hospital. He hadn’t been as popular since he starred in films such as “The Lost Boys”, “Dream a Little Dream”, and “Lucas”. However, In recent years had attempted a comeback, starring in an A&E reality show called "The Two Coreys" with Feldman. Throughout the years, he struggled with a drug addiction. The cause of death is not known at this time. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all who knew Corey.
‘Logorama’ duo gets next gig

Francois Alaux and Herve de Crecy, directors behind the Oscar-winning animated short “Logorama,” are set to direct a live action segment for the next Ubisoft game, “Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon," titled "Future Soldier”. Tim Sexton (“Children of Men”)is scripting the story about a squad of U.S. Special Forces. Ridley and Tony Scott are producing. Congrats gentlemen!
Captain America has a short list

It appears that the superhero film “Captain America” is nearing finding its lead. That short list doesn’t look to promising, if you ask me. The list of men being courted to don the shield are: John Krasinski (“The Office”, “It’s Complicated”, “Away We Go”), Michael Cassidy (“Smallville”, “The O.C.”), Chace Crawford (“Gossip Girl”), Wilson Bethel (“The Young and the Restless”, “Generation Kill”), and Mike Vogel (“Cloverfield”, “Poseidon”). Guess Cap doesn’t have many muscles in this incarnation. He’ll just beat those bad guys with his dashingly good looks. Hrmph…
Andy Richter breaks his silence

Andy Richter, guest hosting on “Live! With Regis and Kelly” on Tuesday, said "NBC, definitely, everybody said they were going to do something and they didn't,", implying the network broke long-standing commitments it made to O'Brien. He continued on by telling Ripa that he was extremely frustrated that NBC reneged and allowed Leno back into the “Tonight Show”. Not a stranger to comedy herself, Ripa then quipped "You and Conan should do another show on another network called 'We Were on The Tonight Show’. Wouldn't that be exciting!"
Keri Russell to return to Television

Keri Russell (“Felicity”, “Waitress”, “Mission Impossible III”) is in negotiations to star opposite Will Arnett (“Arrested Development”, “Semi-Pro”, “When in Rome”) in Fox's comedy "Wilde Kingdom." The Mitch Hurwitz directed (“Arrested Development”, “Golden Girls” “The John Larroquette Show”) show from Hurwitz, Arnett and co-writer James Vallely (“Arrested Development”, “Golden Girls” “The John Larroquette Show”) is the story of a Beverly Hills jackass who falls in love with a charitable tree-hugging woman (Russell) who can't stand his lifestyle or values. Good to see Russell back on the small screen.
